We offer original artwork, prints, handmade items, and print-on-demand products. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.
Please note: Print-on-demand products may be produced and shipped by third-party providers. This means that shipping timelines and packaging may differ from items shipped directly by us from Denmark.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Kroner), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available secure methods (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Original and handmade items are dispatched from Denmark, while print-on-demand products are fulfilled by external partners and may ship from other countries. Delivery times vary depending on location and item type.

6. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include any packaging or proof of purchase.
Certain items are non-refundable, such as original artworks, custom-made items, or items marked as final sale. Print-on-demand products may have different return procedures handled through our fulfillment partners.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including artwork, images, designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of IneAgresta or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of this website or its content without prior written permission. Purchasing artwork does not grant you ownership of any copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, fulfillment providers, or analytics tools. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
By placing an order that includes a print-on-demand item, you acknowledge that the order will be processed and shipped by a third-party service provider on our behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IneAgresta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to errors in content, delivery delays, or product defects.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under Danish law.
