Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how and when we ship orders from ineagresta.com and ineagresta.myshopify.com including print-on-demand items, handcrafted goods, and original artworks.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our studio in Denmark, as well as through our trusted print-on-demand and fulfillment partners located in Europe, North America, and other regions depending on the product.

Types of Products & Fulfillment

  1. Original Artworks (Handmade, One-of-a-Kind)
  • These items require a manual order process.
  • To purchase, customers must fill out the “Contact to Purchase” form or email us directly at hello@ineagresta.com.
  • Shipping costs are calculated individually based on size, weight, and destination.
  • All shipments are insured and require a signature on delivery.
  • Once the order and shipping method are confirmed, a secure checkout link will be emailed for payment.
  • Original artworks are shipped within 5–10 business days after payment, depending on packaging needs.
  1. Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Puzzles, Stickers, etc.)
  • These are fulfilled by external partners and shipped from the nearest available location to the customer.
  • Estimated delivery time:
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order ships.
  1. Handcrafted Small-Batch Goods (Prints, Ceramics, Accessories)
  • Shipped from our studio in Denmark.
  • Processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.
  • Tracking is included where available.

Shipping Rates

  • For original artworks, rates are calculated manually and vary by destination, size, and required handling.
  • For all other items, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
  • Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions (announced via our newsletter and website).

Carriers & Delivery

We use the following couriers depending on item type and destination:

  • PostNord (DK and EU)
  • GLS, DHL, UPS, FedEx (for insured art shipments)
  • Local postal services (for POD items and some print shipments)

All original artwork shipments include:

  • Tracking number
  • Insurance coverage
  • Signature confirmation

Customs & International Duties

For international orders outside the EU, you may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your country’s import regulations.

Damages or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@ineagresta.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will assist with resolving the issue and file any necessary claims with the carrier.

Combined Orders

Items ordered together may ship separately depending on fulfillment location (e.g., print-on-demand + original painting).
