Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled at ineagresta.com, in accordance with Danish and EU consumer rights.
Items Eligible for Return
You may return the following product types:
- Print-on-demand items (e.g., apparel, accessories, art prints)
- Handcrafted goods (e.g., prints, ceramics, small-batch items)
Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging
- You must notify us of your intent to return by email: hello@ineagresta.com
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Items not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Original artworks (one-of-a-kind paintings or drawings)
- Custom-made or commissioned pieces
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Items returned after the 14-day window
This policy is in place due to the fragile, high-value, and unique nature of original artworks. We take every care to present them accurately and ship them safely.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the item cost (and original shipping cost, if required by law)
- You will receive an email confirming the refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit instead.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ineagresta.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or issue
We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@ineagresta.com with your order number, photos of the item and reason for return
- We’ll provide the return shipping address
- Carefully package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your proof of shipment until the return is processed
Your Rights Under Danish and EU Laws
As a consumer in Denmark or the EU, you are entitled to:
- A 14-day right of withdrawal on most physical goods (exceptions apply to custom and original works)
- A full refund (including standard shipping) for eligible returns
- A 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects under Danish Sale of Goods Act
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
