How to Purchase Large Originals
I’m thrilled you’re interested in acquiring one of my original pieces of artwork. Due to the size, fragility, and value of these works, we handle orders for original pieces manually to ensure safe, cost-efficient delivery tailored to your location.
Please follow the steps below to complete your order:
Step 1: Contact Us First
Original artworks cannot be purchased directly through the online checkout. To begin the process:
- Fill out the “Contact to Purchase” form on the product page, or
- Email us directly at: hello@ineagresta.com
In your message, please include:
- The name of the artwork you’re interested in
- Your full shipping address (including country)
- Any delivery preferences (e.g., insured shipping, fast shipping, etc.)
Step 2: Receive Shipping Quote and Confirmation
Once we receive your inquiry, we will:
- Calculate shipping costs based on your location (via insured courier or freight).
- Send you a detailed order summary via email, including artwork price, delivery fee, and expected delivery timeline.
- Confirm availability and answer any questions.
Step 3: Complete the Purchase
Once you’ve approved the total cost, we will send you a custom payment link via our Shopify store. This will allow you to:
- Pay securely using Shopify Payments (credit/debit card) or PayPal
- View your purchase details at checkout
- Receive a standard order confirmation receipt
This method ensures your purchase remains protected under Danish and EU distance selling laws.
Step 4: Delivery & Tracking
After payment is received:
- Your artwork will be carefully packaged for international or domestic transport.
- You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window.
- All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery.
We take extra care in handling and shipping original works, and we’ll stay in contact until it arrives safely.
