How can I purchase an original artwork?
Large original artworks ( larger than 50cm) are unique pieces that require personalized handling. To purchase one:
Contact Us: Fill out the Contact to Purchase form on the artwork’s page or email hello@ineagresta.com.
Shipping Quote: We’ll calculate shipping costs based on your location and the artwork’s specifications.
Invoice: You’ll receive a secure checkout link to complete your purchase.
What items are available for direct purchase?
Items such as prints, apparel, design items, handcrafts and small original artworks are available for direct purchase through the online store. These products are fulfilled by trusted partners and can be added to your cart and checked out seamlessly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Denmark and through our fulfillment partners. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and product type.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Original Artworks: Shipping costs are calculated individually due to their size, weight, and destination.
Other Products: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Original Artworks: Shipped within 5–10 business days after payment, depending on packaging requirements.
Print-on-Demand Products: Typically shipped within 5–10 business days.
Handcrafted Goods: Shipped within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
What is your return policy?
Original Artworks: Due to their unique nature, original artworks are non-returnable.
Other Products: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through our Shopify platform. For original artworks, a secure checkout link will be provided after finalizing the shipping details.
